The carbon dioxide emissions and other harmful pollutants contribute to one of the biggest problems our world faces today, climate change. There is a solution to the growing need of clean energy in the market. Alkaline Fuel Cell Power introduces micro combined heat and power (micro-CHP) systems, a highly efficient and clean energy source that generates heat and electrical power. This innovative system is powered by pure water, thus no carbon dioxide is emitted.
The power units of Alkaline Fuel Cell Power with micro-CHP systems are created to be reliable and low cost but at the same time with great efficiency. It intends to fulfill the market’s increasing demand of green and clean energy. The other alternatives include wind and solar power, however, it is not enough to supply the market need. Thus, these power units with alkaline fuel cells technology are the answer to the market gap. The only by-product is pure water, and hydrogen happens to be the most abundant element. It is renewable and readily available.
Alkaline Fuel Cell Power is set to commercialize this competitive hydrogen fuel cell technology. The company aims to apply for six patents in relation to its new power units with micro-CHP systems in the next 12 months. The completion of the first electrode and stack production for the prototype system is anticipated by March 2022. Furthermore, the first full 4kW system completion in a laboratory configuration is looked forward by the end of 2022. The new systems of Alkaline Fuel Cell Power are set to be commercialized by the end of 2024.
